To ensure that your communications are properly routed, we ask that you identify the subject matter of your inquiry (gift request, donation) when contacting us. If you would like to receive a response, please be sure to include sufficient information to enable us to contact you (such as an email or postal address).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognizes your IP address. The address allows our server to deliver the information you request from us, such as an article or a form for donating to TRBF.
TRBF enables users to download PDF documents and forms that users may fill out and return by conventional mail. If at any time you provide us with your email address, postal address, telephone information, or other contact information, we collect and store that information.
If you provide us with such information, you may receive periodic promotional materials from us and carefully selected partners with information regarding special offers or new products or services.
Visitors who supply us with their telephone numbers may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. We do not rent telephone contact information to third parties.
We keep any information volunteered by the consumer, such as contact information, survey information and donation information, both in aggregate and personally identifiable ways.

We may share the information we collect from you with our trusted partners, including but not limited to affiliates, marketing partners, and fulfillment or customer service agents. Our partners may use this information to contact you for marketing purposes.
California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, TRBF donors or other patrons who are California residents can request certain information about the sharing of their own personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the past year. OPT OUT PROCEDURES
If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, please let us know by using the opt-out response device that can be found at the bottom of every email we deliver or by emailing us at info@richbrooksfoundation.net. To help us process your request, please include sufficient information for us to identify you in our records and identify the TRBF products or services you have used and from whose mailing lists you wish to be removed. If you wish to be removed from all TRBF emailing lists, please indicate so in your request. Please allow a reasonable time for us to process your request.
Note that, although you can opt not to receive promotional emails, TRBF retains the right to send registered users of its web sites informational email messages about the user’s account or administrative notices regarding the site, as permitted under the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §7701 et seq.).

SECURITY
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site, and as we expand the functionality of our site, we will employ security features generally accepted in the industry to protect the security of transactions made on our site. Transactions will be protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
In the future, TBRF may add additional interactive features to its web site, including the ability to donate to The Rich Brooks Foundation online, and to order merchandise through the site. TBRF reserves the right to revise the terms of this Privacy Policy to address such additional features, so please check the terms of this Privacy Policy on a periodic basis, as those revisions will be binding on you.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our web site. We will also provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
